Before You Write

For purchase issues, include the Apple receipt status if you have it. For Chip Live or scorecard issues, include the course name, the date, and what you were trying to do.

Virtual Chips

Gold Chips support non-cash score-game stakes and are not used for Chip Live. Platinum Chips support Chip Live, AI vision, and course-call features, and can also support non-cash game stakes when enabled. Chips have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
